Joon’s Family Gathering – 29 Aug 09

This year, JF orgnised its 6th Anniversary on the same day as YJ’s Birthday, ie 29 Aug. The event started at 1pm at Wine Bar @ Union Square, #02-05, The Amara. It was a great afternoon where old friends met up and chat away, meanwhile new friends were made too. We also enjoyed a demonstration session on the dance steps of Wonder Girls. The group was game enough and very enthusiastic to learn the sexy dance steps, having great fun and laughter throughout the session.

Here is the well wishes to JF from YJ, apparently arrived at 12 noon, just in time for the gathering.

And the highlights of the day was of course singing the birthday song for our prince, and sharing of this delicious chocolate birthday cakes. I happened to have a piece of his blue floral shirt :)

A new journey in search of beauty of Korea - by BYJ

During one of the news conferences, YJ was asked which are his recommended tourist attractions, but he failed to reply immediately, this memory left him feeling guilty and hence he planned to write about this travel book. Since then, YJ spent more than 1 year’s time traveling around Korea before starting to write on the book. Besides taking photographs personally, he even studied the cultures from the craftsmen.

In the introduction section of the book, YJ said, “As beginner to learning the Korean culture, this book is my immature but truthful travel records.” He also revealed a little wish – hope to dedicate this book to everyone who likes Korea, and wants to understand Korea.

for the past year, you have been working hard on the new photo book. hope you’ve enjoyed the cultural journey while picking up new artistic skills. we are totally excited and looking forward to “Beauty of Korea”. besides, the WLS anime is airing in the months to come. this is a first time for us, we are just going to hear only your mesmerizing voice. the few trailers thus far are great, thanks to many sisters’ translations, we understand your saying.

in the near future, there are quite a few promotional activities anticipated for both these major projects, we are trilled to see you around again. but this could also mean that you would be pretty busy. promise you’ll take good care of yourself, ok?

well, on this special day tonite, wishing you all the best in the year to come, and many more years, of course. success in future projects, which i know you’re determine to make it happen. and may your dreams come true, i’ll be praying for you.
